NOTE: If the wire is connected directly after the wall switch, turning off the light will also cut off the power to the Matter switch. As a result, the switch will no longer be able to receive commands given by voice or app. However, as soon as the light is turned back on with the wall switch, power to the Matter switch will be restored and the switch will function normally again.
